We’re an enthusiastic group of females brought together by a common passion, fitness and wellbeing.

My Female Fitness network consists of like minded women getting together on a regular basis in order to enjoy the simple pleasures of exercise!  DOTTS Fitness promotes a non-judgmental and supportive attitude from absolutely everyone. 

I train women of all abilities and ages ranging from women who are complete beginners at the start of their fitness journey to women who have trained their whole life but want to add something extra into their routine.

In my classes and 1-2-1 sessions i will always push you, however i will also make sure that there are options for you whether that be a lower option or the higher progression.

I will always encourage you to listen to your body and perform the exercise in a way that feels right for you. 

Whatever your reason for training is, I am here to help.

About Dannie

Owner and Founder of DOTTS Fitness

Welcome! If you're new here let me introduce myself- my name is Dannie, I am 32 years old, married to my lovely husband Josh and a proud new mummy to my little baby boy and we live with our sassy rescue Chihuahua Rico in Derbyshire.


More about DOTTS, I have been in the fitness and leisure industry for just over 7 years now coaching, teaching and training women of all ages and abilities both 1-2-1 and in group exercise classes.


Before becoming a personal trainer, I danced professionally for many years in big productions shows on land and at sea. Dancing taught me so much about determination and discipline aswell as taking me to the most amazing places in the world doing what I love.


After I finished Dancing, I came home and thought ‘what next’ i just knew that I wanted to help and train women in health, fitness and wellbeing- it’s such a passion of mine to see women succeed and grow in confidence and self love. 


So I got qualified and off I went!.. welcome to the world of group exercise and personal training!


Fast forward to May 2021 - Dotts Fitness was born. 


I am so proud to provide my women with a safe private space to train where I can safely guide and coach them towards the path of achieving a healthier, stronger life and equally important, grow in confidence and self belief. 


I’m so proud to be apart of the most supportive community of women who help and guide each other, no judgements, no exceptions.. 

And that’s  what it’s all about.

Group Exercise

Welcome to DOTTS brand new class FUSION Every Saturday morning.


Expect to see a mixture of strength training, cardio aerobics and some scorching core to finish. 

This is your ultimate full body workout with a nice stretch to set your weekend up this right way. 


All you need is yourself a pair of dumbbells and a mat.

10 Session Block Personal Training

£250 - 1hr 1-2-1 weekly sessions 

DOTTS Fitness 10 session programme is fully designed for you and your goals, these goals can be more detailed in terms of short, medium and long term targets.

Throughout the 10 weeks we can track your progress and work together and aim to reach your set goals.


We will work on a weekly basis out of the DOTTS Private studio on your specific agreed day and time each week.

FUSION By DOTTS Fitness is a strength based class working with dumbbells and body weight. I have adapted the class to involve some fun aerobic cardio to keep the body guessing. This high energy class is guaranteed to leave you feeling awesome!

£150 - 1hr 1-2-1 weekly sessions

DOTTS Fitness 5 session programme is fully designed for you and your goals. 

Together we will work on a weekly basis out of the DOTTS Private studio towards your own personal needs. These sessions are on your specific agreed day and time each week.
