My female fitness network brings together like-minded women who meet regularly to enjoy the simple pleasure of moving their bodies. At DOTTS Fitness, we pride ourselves on creating a supportive, non-judgmental environment where everyone feels welcome.

I train women of all ages and abilities, from complete beginners just starting their fitness journey, to lifelong exercisers looking to add something new and challenging to their routine.

In both group classes and 1-to-1 sessions, I’ll always encourage you to push yourself, while making sure there are options available for every level, whether that’s scaling things back or progressing further. You’ll always be supported to listen to your body and move in a way that feels right for you.

About Dannie

Owner and Founder of DOTTS Fitness

Welcome!

 

If you’re new here, let me introduce myself.
 

My name is Dannie. I’m 35, married, a proud mum to my energetic 3-year-old son, and a dog mum too. I juggle life working in the corporate world alongside running my own business, DOTTS Fitness, because helping women move, feel strong, and grow in confidence is something I genuinely love.

I’ve been in the fitness and leisure industry for over 10 years, coaching and training women of all ages and abilities through both 1-to-1 personal training and group exercise classes.

Before becoming a personal trainer, I spent many years dancing professionally in large-scale production shows, both on land and at sea. Dance taught me discipline, determination, and resilience, and gave me the incredible opportunity to travel the world doing what I loved.

When that chapter came to an end, I knew one thing for sure - I wanted to support and train women in health, fitness, and wellbeing. Seeing women grow in confidence, strength, and self-belief is what truly drives me.

In May 2021, DOTTS Fitness was born.

Today, I’m incredibly proud to provide a safe, private, and welcoming space where women can train without judgment. A place where I can guide and coach them toward a healthier, stronger life,  while also helping them build confidence and self-belief.

DOTTS Fitness is more than just training; it’s a supportive community of women who lift each other up. No judgment. No exceptions.

And that’s what it’s all about.

10 Session Block Personal Training

£300 - 1hr 1-2-1 weekly sessions 

DOTTS Fitness 10 session programme is fully designed for you and your goals, these goals can be more detailed in terms of short, medium and long term targets.

Throughout the 10 weeks we can track your progress and work together and aim to reach your set goals.


We will work on a weekly basis out of the DOTTS Private studio on your specific agreed day and time each week.

FUSION By DOTTS Fitness is a strength based class working with dumbbells and body weight. I have adapted the class to involve some fun aerobic cardio to keep the body guessing. This high energy class is guaranteed to leave you feeling awesome!

5 Session Block Personal training

£175 - 1hr 1-2-1 weekly sessions

DOTTS Fitness 5 session programme is fully designed for you and your goals. 

Together we will work on a weekly basis out of the DOTTS Private studio towards your own personal needs. These sessions are on your specific agreed day and time each week.
